My name is Awa Laura Bih. I am a dedicated Learning Support Assistant and ABA-trained Behavior Therapist with two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other additional learning needs. I hold an ABAT certification, multiple SEN certifications, and a bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transport Management. Throughout my experience, I have provided one-to-one support in both school and therapy settings. I work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement individualized learning and behavior support plans. My responsibilities have included using ABA strategies, collecting behavior data, supporting communication and social skills, promoting independence, and helping students achieve their academic and developmental goals. I am known for being patient, compassionate, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I enjoy building trusting relationships with children and celebrating their progress, no matter how small. I am now looking for an opportunity to join a professional team where I can continue to grow my skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
